Skin Care by Natalie (SCBN) is committed to providing all clients with exceptional service.
Your appointments are held just for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice, which will allow scheduling adjustments to accommodate clients on the waiting list.
It is understandable that occasionally, unavoidable issues come up. SCBN will do its best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations or no-shows become habitual, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of scheduled service amount.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service amount.
As a courtesy, you will receive a text to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You are always welcome to call or text to double check appointment dates and times.
All payments must be made/completed prior to leaving the skin care studio.
If paying by electronic means, confirmation that the transaction was completed must be received by SCBN prior to client leaving the studio.
SCBN will do its best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. However, the tardiness of just one client can affect the schedule by delaying appointments for remaining clients. Depending on how late you are, portions of your services may be forgone in order to finish on time. If running late, call – do not text. Texting while driving is never a safe practice. If I am with a client, I will not answer my phone so please, leave a message.
If early for your appointment, please silence all phones and devices. Do not use the speakerphone feature. If you must take a call, please step outside or move to a more discreet area of the skincare studio, away from clients and employees.
Children may not accompany clients while receiving services. If the child is of legal, responsible age, he or she may wait quietly in the waiting area. If this policy presents a problem please feel free to discuss other options with SCBN.
