APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation text will be sent at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

  • You are always welcome to call or text to confirm your date and time.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • f you are running late, please call rather than text.

  • Late arrivals may require shortening your service to stay on schedule for other clients.

  • If we are unable to answer, please leave a message.

CANCELLATION FEES

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service
  • No-show: 100% of the scheduled service

  • If you need to take a call, please step outside or move to a more private area away from other clients.

CHILDREN

  • If a child is of a responsible age, they may wait quietly in the waiting area.
