A confirmation text will be sent at least 24 hours before your appointment.
You are always welcome to call or text to confirm your date and time.
LATE ARRIVALS
f you are running late, please call rather than text.
Late arrivals may require shortening your service to stay on schedule for other clients.
If we are unable to answer, please leave a message.
CANCELLATION FEES
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service
- No-show: 100% of the scheduled service

CHILDREN
If a child is of a responsible age, they may wait quietly in the waiting area.
